You should approach this with tact and understanding. Although many clients may go above and beyond expectations, some may have plateaued – every client will have a different story, so if they haven’t seen enough progress to make huge differences, that’s okay!

You must however assess in your own time why this is. Ask yourself:

  • Is your client struggling?
