Helping others feel healthier, happier and more confident has always been my goal and I’m so excited to be able to pursue it full-time! Fitness isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s my passion. I can’t wait to start this journey; helping people make a positive change. I know from my own experience how much of an impact exercise can have on your physical and mental health, and so I have plans to start my own 1-to-1 coaching business, offering classes and building a community so that others can experience this too.”
