Their 250-station fitness suite has everything you need from treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, free weights, and resistance equipment. You might want to grab some resistance bands before you join, as they can be useful for warming up or making pull ups easier!
The big selling point is that it uses Technogym equipment, which allows you to create a digital account. With this, you can create personalised fitness plans, be guided through workouts, and track your data to get an insight into the progress that you’re making. This is great for those who don’t necessarily want to work with a trainer, but are keen to have all the data they need to make sure they’re making gains.

Outside of 24 hour gyms in Leeds, Village Gym offers some of the longest opening hours, with both locations being open from 5am-10pm on weekdays and 7am & 8am until 9pm on weekends, which is hard to find elsewhere.

This club had to make our list of the best gyms in Leeds. It was the first CrossFit gym in West Yorkshire and is family-run, which encourages the supportive community aspects of CrossFit while providing effective workouts.
The Leeds gym has an extensive timetable and a comprehensive explanation of all of their options, so you’ll have no problems finding the time and class that works for you. If you’re new to CrossFit they have drop-in passes, taster sessions, and an Intro to CrossFit programme.
