Both our Level 3 and 4 Sports Massage Courses are regulated by Ofqual and awarded by Focus Awards. This regulation ensures that are training is held to the highest possible industry standards.

You do not need any prior experience or qualifications to sign up for OriGym’s Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage.
Students who wish to enrol on our Level 4 Sports Massage Course will need to complete this initial Level 3 training as a prerequisite.
In addition to this, you must be aged 16 or older to study with OriGym!

For immediate clarity, the Level 3 Sports Massage Course is an entry-level qualification. This is perfect for those looking to learn foundational skills, with modules designed for beginners with no prior experience.
On the other hand, the Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma will expand your knowledge in areas such as clinical procedures and treatment planning. In addition to this, you will also develop further practical skills, learning how to implement advanced massage techniques.
On average, it takes students 12 weeks to complete the Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage courses respectively (24 weeks in total).
The duration of these courses are not set in stone, as both are taught via blended learning. This requires students to attend in-person workshops, while also studying independently via OriGym’s online learning platform.
Both can be done at your own pace, as there are no deadlines associated with either sports massage qualifications!
After completing a Level 3 course in sports massage therapy you can work in locations such as clinics, gyms, spas and sports clubs. Alternatively, you could become self-employed and set up your own mobile business and travel to your clients for example.
After completing your Level 4 sports massage course you will be qualified to pursue more senior roles and treat clients in their recovery from injury. The benefits of pursuing these opportunities include an increased salary and greater professional development.
Students can complete the theory elements of their Sports Massage Therapy courses from the comfort of their own home, via our online eLearning Platform.
You’ll also be able to attend an unlimited number of in-person workshops at one of our venues across the UK. This will be followed by a practical assessment, which can be completed from an OriGym location that suits you best.
Both OriGym’s Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage courses are internationally recognised, allowing you to take your career abroad and work overseas.
Students interested in OriGym’s Sports Massage Course must be aged 16+ prior to enrolment.
Both our Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage Courses contain elements of online learning. Students can complete these theoretical modules from the comfort of their own home, however, all practical workshops and assessments must be completed in-person at one of OriGym’s specified venues.
