International Fitness Showcase

The International Fitness Showcase is a growing fitness expo for those already directly involved with the fitness sector, such as a fitness and class instructors as well as personal trainers and fitness specialists. Elevate: Health & Fitness Trade Show London
June
Elevate is now the largest fitness trade show for physical activity in the UK. With 350 Exhibitors and boasting some of the biggest brands in the fitness sector such as Les Mills, Matrix and My Zone, Elevate is attended by tens of thousands each year and is completely free to attend.
Listen to expert speakers such as leading business CEOs from the likes of CIMSPA and Green Gyms, to former professional athletes such as Sally Gunnell, through to health Directors from the NHS and Nuffield Health.
The Fitness convention (UK) has a large studio which will showcase a programme of group exercise live performances and fitness demonstrations to offer inspiration and motivation. Additionally, there is the tech lab, where you can see how innovative fitness start-ups have created new apps and software that are revolutionising the fitness market.
The health and fitness conventions workshops and seminars led by the brands like Hussle, Moving medicine and EGym amongst others is a particular highlight. This fitness trade show brings together Sports clubs, athletes, brands, tech and top coaches from all across the UK under one roof. It is now the UK’s leading event for human performance and is a great pace to network, engage with athletes and really comprehend best practices with nutrition, injury prevention and strength and conditioning.

BodyPower is the highest attended health, fitness and bodybuilding tradeshow in the UK. Held at Birmingham’s NEC arena, BodyPower is the most well-known fitness expo in the UK and hundreds of thousands of people attend each year over the three-day event.

Run Fit Expo: Running Expo & Fitness Convention

The Run Fit Expo is held at Liverpool’s prestigious Rock “N” Roll Venue. The Running Expo attracts tens of thousands of running and fitness fanatics from all across the globe and the best part…..It’s completely free.
The running trade show is on both Friday and Saturday and has over 60 exhibitor stands with the likes of Ironman, Virtual Runner and Women’s Running Magazine, just some of the big names to feature.
There are some really inspiring and motivational guest speakers with the likes of Andy Grant, the fastest amputee 10k runner in the world and even on of OriGym’s very own fitness ambassador’s and marathon runners, Kelly Ruck will be talking, so it’s not to be missed!

The SFN, which stands for Sports, nutrition and fitness sums up what to expect at this health and fitness trade show.
Whether you want to browse the shops from over 60 companies attending or looking to hear from athletes like Graham Hicks, Mark Felix or Rhianon Lovelace, the SFN fitness expo is well worth the entrance fee.
There are seminars, group fitness classes, workshops, and an educational PT hub, where you can learn more about training, nutrition and conditioning. The SFN also hosts the final of Scotland’s strongest man, which is definitely worth attending.

Bases: Sport Science & Fitness Professionals Expo
This fitness convention is more for sport scientists, therapists, coaches, fitness professionals and those gym goers that really want to take their fitness knowledge onto a new level.
Bases fitness convention (British Association of Sport and Exercises Sciences) is being held at Leicester City Football Club’s King Power Stadium and attracts world leading experts in the field of sport science. Speakers from some of the finest sporting universities, associations and institutions conduct workshops, lectures, keynotes and symposia. Rub shoulders with some of the brightest minds in the human sciences sector and gain valuable insights from leading exhibitors.
This health and fitness convention is the largest of its kind and offers something a little different to other wellness expos on this list.

Fit London Expo: Health & Fitness Trade Show
August 2019/2020
This fitness expo in London hosts 30,000 visitors and 80 top exhibitors for you to shop and learn from. This relatively new fitness expo is taking London and the UK by storm and has nutrition food stands, a designated training area and a walk-in nutrition clinic at the expo for free advice from registered dietitians.
Meet the Fit expo athletes and team and quiz them on their personal fitness journeys, as well as educational seminars and lectures. If you prefer head over to the fitness fashion area and check out the latest fitness accessories and apparels from the main exhibitors.
Doors open at 9am and close at 6pm and you can grab a day pass for as little as £35.
National Running Show: Running Trade Show
January 2020 – Surrey – 20th to 21st January
The National Running Show in Surrey is a mufti-award winning UK fitness trade show and attracts the biggest brands in running with the likes of Polar, Predison Hydration and Altra all featuring at the next fitness expo. Explore over 120 different brands and exhibitors as well as new features for the 2020 show like the obstacle course race and Ultra Zone, where you can learn all the key information about ultra-running.

The Ultra Martial arts show is the UK’s largest MMA trade show and is based in Doncaster and with some great reviews online, this fitness trade show is definitely worth checking out.

The Pilates Gathering: Pilates Show & Conference
